Exchange & Return

1. Order 
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you are not be able to make any changes to your order. Please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. No refunds/exchanges will be allowed.
We reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order without prior notice for reasons such as:
  • Product ordered is no longer available in stock
  • Payment is not completed 
  • We are unable to obtain authorization of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity
In any of these cases, you will be informed accordingly. Reimbursement will be made if you’ve already made the payment Goods are subject to availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
2. DELIVERY 
Orders shall be shipped within 1-3 working days upon payment verification. Shipping days fall on weekdays only. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded.
For local orders, POSLAJU will be handling your shipment and please allow at least 3 days for parcel delivery.
For international orders, JANIO will be handing your shipment and it usually takes up to 5-7 days for parcel delivery.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION 

We make the effort to display as accurately as possible of the colours of our products that appear on the website. Do give allowance to some differences in colours/shades due to lightings. The actual colours you see will also depend on your monitor; hence they may slightly differ from the product received.

All the product measurement was measure in flat lay. However, due to batch production, please allow at least 1-2cm difference from the stated measurements.

4. BACKORDERS 
Backorder items take tentatively 4-6 weeks to arrive from date of payment verification; unless stated otherwise. Arrival may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (shipment / custom issue delays etc). Date of arrival is updated on the product information page. DO. reserves the right to amend the date of arrival without prior notice.
  • No refunds will be provided for delayed shipments unless backorder is cancelled.
5. RETURNS / EXCHANGE 
No exchange / refund are allow for change of mind, size, colour or quantity. DO. shall not be responsible for the damage caused during shipment. However, exchange / refund only eligible for items with manufacturing defection.

If you have received a defective product:
  • Defects have to be notified to us via your invoice order within 5 days upon item received.
  • Instructions will be given on to how to proceed with the return. Please note that the returned item has to reach us within 5 maximum days after the  instruction email is sent.
  • The return item must be in brand new condition /in the original state unworn, unwashed & no smell of deodorant / perfume / washing powder and with label tag. Otherwise exchange or refund will be ignored.
  • Please note that the return item will be sent back to you within 3 working days via normal courier shipping method. Customers shall have to incur the shipping costs.
  • For case-basis exchange / refund, no refunds will be made for products that are still available.
  • We are not liable for any lost parcel in the exchange/refund process.
